Yeah, I'd love to exchange links. Your idea of the isolation headphones and the extension cable for adjusting guitar mics is a good one. I don't do as much live sound as studio work but I always had problems with isolation and running back-and-forth. I use Etymotic ER-4 in-ear monitors which already offer about 25db of isolation so an extension cable is all I'd need. Rock.
